I suspect he is trying to protect certain interests from being identified through a similar Wikileaks situation. No one person or country should ever be allowed to control the Internet. It’s bad enough that advertising is running amock on the ‘net. It already has too much control via multinational corporations and multinational-media conglomerations as far as I am concerned.
