It means they actually regret their actions and know THAT would turn chinese agains them MEANING some peoplem actually get some freedom there.
Now I dont think this is the rigth way to do it but it is far less wrong action that the USA took going into Afganistan and Iraq considering all and yes ALL bossibilities.
Bad asses making drugs and weapons–> destroy them denying assistance and bomb all water facilityes and food sorage and destroy mines, factories and digout openings. The actuall and cheap method and Iran would not be building weapons or treathening with oil. They would not say anything much actually..
Rusiia on the other hand after all our demands and how they had to figth clean against stetzhens using ultrasonics ect.. so minorly they had no effect and getting huge casulties would have had to Nuke us for double standard but then actually you people would know that all double standards WILL eventually cause a need of nuking.. :) :)
