What utter crap is this? Who wrote it? The facts are all wrong!
“The Papandreou clan … start[ed] its involvement with public life at around 1923 in the royal court of Greece”. The king was ousted in 1923 and the country proclaimed a republic a few months later!
“the extermination of the WW2 leadership of Greece under Ioannis Metaxas and Alexander Koryzis.” Metaxas died of a heart attack in January 1941 and Koryzis committed suicide in April of the same year. Papandreou was made prime minister in 1944!
“Sophia Mineiko a Polish-Jew whose father built fortification walls for Turks during the liberation of Northern Greece in the 1910s.” Sophia Mineiko was the daughter of a Greek mother from Jannina and of an exiled Polish nobleman (clearly not Jewish), who did work as an engineer for the city and province of Jannina under Turkish rule, but who moved to Athens in 1891, a full 20 years before the war that led to the “liberation of Northern Greece”.
“George Papandreou senior reigned in the public life from 1945 until 1967.” George Papandreou senior was just one of many opposition politicians from 1945 to 1961. He became leader of the main opposition party in 1961 and was prime minister for about a year and a half in 1964-65. That was the duration of his “reign”.
