Domestic Terrorism Charges filed against Nobel Peace Prize Recipient

Criminal charges of ‘domestic terrorism’ have been filed in the US First Circuit Appeals Court, case no. 09-2619, against this year’s Peace Prize Recipient, United States President Barack Obama.

The charges stem from President Obama’s leading role in an extensive seditious conspiracy operating with impunity within the government and the courts of the United States. The conspirators have by means of violence attempted to prevent, hinder, and delay the enforcement and execution of the laws upon lawbreaking government officials. President Obama is deeply implicated in the efforts by high officials to obstruct the normal course of justice with respect to the sedition.

As an increasing number of US Government officials have joined forces to protect lawbreaking colleagues from prosecution, the officials have become even less inclined to address the major criminal endeavor which now involves police, prosecutors, judges, congressmen, and officials from every State all the way up and down the spectrum to include the cabinet and the President himself. They are ironically the very people who are entrusted to secure law and order.

Together with the charges of ‘domestic terrorism’ lodged against President Obama and his co-defendants in case no. 09-2619, a motion has been filed for their arrest. These documents may be reviewed via the internet through PACER (Public Access to Court Electronic Records) or, if concealed and not posted on the docket by collaborating court personnel, then the documents can also be reviewed via the link ‘USA vs. Pres. President Obama is scheduled to accept the Nobel Peace Prize in a ceremony in Norway on December 10, 2009. The Norwegian Nobel Institute, who is responsible for awarding the Peace Prize annually for peace initiatives, has been advised of the paradox of the criminal charges for domestic terrorism filed against their Peace Prize Laureate. King Harald of Norway, who is to host President Obama and First Lady Michelle, has also been informed of the disparity.
