You don’t hear about Belarus white citizens migrating to India and African countries,do you?The Belarus government should have only a few college foreign exchange students from third world enter the country,not impoverished,unskilled foreigners that will be alien to Belarus.You just don’t dump impoverished ,unskilled people into a developed industrialized country and then there is going to be problems with language and there will be cultural shock.Third world people have to have a medical exam to make sure that they don’t enter the country carrying diseases ,viruses because third world people live in unsanitary conditions.Many third world people don’t use toilet paper and for those that do,they throw the used toilet paper on the floor instead of flushing it down the toilet.

I personally served in the USMC for four years, been to Iraq, Afghanistan, Germany, Africa, Moscow Russia (training event), and I must say-we are all the same.
