Vancouver for example has a violent and deadly on-going gang war and just recently a young girl got her head smashed apart in the middle of the day in a suburban park.

It’s safer then many other places in the world, sure, but it doesn’t qualify to be in the top 10 of this list.

Security does not depend on whiteness, but on intelligence of the nations. So we can assume that if there were ideal conditions (democracy), east asia (china, japan, korea) would be safest because east asians are more intelligent than whites.
