Franco, that is because China is so overpopulated that it simply doesn’t have any space for people, which is probably partly why they want to expand into Africa.

I think the point is that the Council of Europe representatives are worried that there will not be enough young people to take care of today’s working people when they retire on the one hand, and on the other hand about all that immigration from 3rd world countries.

Why does Europe pay salaries to such people ??????
And if it is official European misguided policy to increase population, there are plenty examples of overpopulated countries that clearly show the results of those policies: see Niger.
The most economically successful nation in the world, now, is China, because for the past25 years they have imposed a one child policy.
