I was not born here and i am proud to say i am a Mexican. Being a Mexican is an honor. I did however, move to the USA when i was 6 months old. i was just a baby and my parents brought me and my brother so that we could have a better life. In fact, i started kindergarden here and i recently graduated from high school. I learned how to speak, read, and write English and Spanish at the same time. I am fluent in both. i do not see why i am being penalized for something that i did not have control of. i want to be legal, and yet, i cant.

The education system here encourages us all to try our best in everything we do and to become something of ourselves. The system tells us repeatedly that to be someone in life, we have to pursue our dreams and strive for our best. That we must get an education. When i graduated from high school, i knew what i wanted to be-an English teacher. When i went to college to apply, they told me that my tuition was to be $5000 MORE than that of a citizen or i could not attend. My family, although very happy, is not rich. I do not understand why i a brick wall was placed in front of me putting a stop to my goal-the same goal that people all throughout my life pushed me towards.

It upsets me how i, although not born but raised here, do not have any rights in the USA. None. Obama says he wants to help. I think that counts for more than any other person has done for us. My family and i, we pay taxes, we work hard, and we all try our best when it comes to education.

People who say that Obama is doing wrong in this matter should try and put themselves in our shoes. Try to remember that we are all human and that we are all created equal. it did not read, “all but mexicans are created equal.”

That’s the time and day our entire legal and public relations effort to force Barack Obama to produce his birth certificate, and prove that he is eligible to serve as President of the United States, could rise or fall.

HELP US TO FORCE BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA TO PROVE IF HE IS ELIGIBLE TO SERVE AS PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES

Thanks to you and patriots like you, like David versus Goliath, we, working with others, have been able to make a national issue over whether or not Barack Obama is a natural born U.S. citizen.
Yes, we have been smeared as “birthers” and “right-wing nuts.” But the fact is, thanks to our efforts, and those of our allies in this fight, more and more Americans are asking themselves the same questions we’ve been asking for months.
And those questions are: 1)”Why won’t Barack Obama produce his birth certificate?”; 2)”What is he afraid of?”; and 3)”What is he hiding?”

But, while we’ve been successful in educating millions of Americans on the serious questions swirling around Mr. Obama’s eligibility to be President, we’ve also earned the full wrath of the Obama machine.
And, while we have thus far been able to fend off the lies and the smears, we are now facing a do-or-die moment.
That moment will come at 8:30 AM on Monday, October 5.
That is the time that the United States District Court for the Central District of California, Southern Division, will hear a Department of Justice (DOJ) motion to dismiss a lawsuit that we’ve recently become a part of, demanding Barack Obama release records that could prove �- or disprove -� his U.S. citizenship.

You read that right! With very little warning, we have just learned that the DOJ (under the control of zionist jew Chertoff) has been granted a hearing that could result in this new case over Obama’s citizenship being thrown out of court! The DOJ’s motion claims that our clients have no “standing,” that the Federal Court does not have “jurisdiction” to hear this case, and that the matter is “political.”
But, if we as citizens of the United States have no “standing” to verify the citizenship of the man occupying the White House, who does? If our Federal Courts have no jurisdiction to hear this case, who does? It’s not a “political” question, it’s a CONSTITUTIONAL question!

I believe that we have a responsibility — no, A DUTY — to verify whether the man occupying the White House is eligible to serve as President!
I have thus dedicated this organization, and all of its resources, to do just that, both in the court of law and in the court of public opinion.
And, again, thanks to the support that we’ve received from patriots like you, we are making progress. With this new case, we have a Judge that has said, in open Court, that he wants this issue resolved on the merits! I pray that this means that the technical, procedural, arguments that the Obama legal team and its allies have used to thwart the legal actions that the United States Justice Foundation has brought, and has financed, so far, will not prevail.

In fact, the Obama Administration has brought in the Department of Justice (DOJ) to silence us and to shut down this lawsuit.
Well, we didn’t get here by laying down, and I have no intention of laying down now! But, I won’t lie to you. We are going to have to work nonstop, around the clock, to develop the research and legal strategy that we will need to counter the DOJ’s motion to dismiss.

NOBAMA LIE #1: “No federal dollars will be used to fund abortions.”

THE TRUTH: The Capps Amendment to HR 3200 has a Section 4B that reads: “Abortions for Which Public Funding Is Allowed. — The services described in this subparagraph are abortions for which the expenditure of Federal funds appropriated for the Department of Health and Human Services is permitted.” The Washington Times reported: “You can’t get more explicit than that.” And FactCheck.org exposed Obama’s lie too: “Despite what Obama said, the House bill would allow abortions to be covered by a federal plan and by federally subsidized private plans.” So President Obama lied, plain and simple.

NOBAMA LIE #2: “I will not sign a plan that adds one dime to our deficits either now or in the future. Period.”

THE TRUTH: The Democrat controlled Congressional Budget Office said Obamacare would add $220 billion to the deficit over 10 years, but will not succeed at shrinking the overall costs of our nation’s health care. Republicans claim it’s more like $600 billion increased deficit spending. (Confirmed by Associated Press, 9 Sep 09.) Either way, Obama lied.

NOBAMA LIE #3: “Don’t pay attention to those scary stories about how your benefits will be cut…That will never happen on my watch. I will protect Medicare.”

THE TRUTH: The Washington Post reports Obama proposes “to squeeze more than $500 billion out of the growth of Medicare over the next decade….[which has] fueled fears that his effort to expand coverage to millions of younger, uninsured Americans will damage elder care. As a result, barely one-third of seniors support a health-care overhaul, several polls found.” (Washington Post, 9 Aug 09) Even the Post admits, Obama lied.

NOBAMA LIE #4: “If you lose your job or change your job, you will be able to get coverage.”

THE TRUTH: Whether working or not, rich or poor, you will be ordered to get mandatory government-run health-care coverage, or pay a fine a $3800 fine per family, under the new Senate plan being railroaded through the finance committee by Max Baucus (D-MT). (New York Times, 9 Sep 09). Obama pretends you’re “able” to get coverage, when he knows it’s mandatory (with a big tax increase or “fine” penalty). Obama lied. But the biggest of all…

NOBAMA LIE #5: “The claim, made not just by radio and cable talk show hosts, but prominent politicians, that we plan to set up panels of bureaucrats with the power to kill off senior citizens, such a charge would be laughable if it weren’t so cynical and irresponsible. It is a lie, plain and simple.”

THE TRUTH: Mandatory “end of life” counseling in HR 3200 “shall” include counseling every 5 years to the elderly, giving doctors a monetary incentive to persuade you to sign a “do not resuscitate” (DNR) order to pull the plug on Grandma, just like the Obama administration already pressures all Veterans to sign them. (Confirmed by the Washington Post and Wall Street Journal, read extensive details at http://www.prayinjesusname.org.) And under the British NHS government-run health plan, “Patients with terminal illnesses are being made to die prematurely under an NHS scheme to help end their lives, leading doctors have warned.” (The Daily Telegraph, 2 Sep 09). Dr. Ewing Cook just admitted intentionally killing patients who signed DNR authorizations during Hurricane Katrina. “I gave her medicine so I could get rid of her faster…there’s no question I hastened her demise.” Bottom line: Grandma, don’t sign Obama’s DNR order, even if your doctor gets a bonus check from the President for talking you into that.

Obama lied at least five times during his speech. Congressman Wilson was right after all.
